Body Confidence Through Music
Music
is absolutely amazing! There are millions of different songs out there
in the world with different and uniques voices singing behind them. Music is something I
feel extremely passionate about and I know that there are others out there
that share the exact same feeling. I've loved music ever since I was a
little girl because of my mum. My mum is absolutely amazing and without
her introducing me music, I wouldn't be the person I am today. Two of
the best memories I have with music are; when my mum and I would sing
our hearts out in the car no matter where we were driving to, and when whenever
I'm feeling down I play my favourite playlist and once it's over I feel
on top of the entire world. Has anyone out there have a favourite memory about music?
The following quotes below by Bob Marley and Hans Christian Andersen are only a few ways that music is expressed correctly for to me, how about you? Do the quotes below relate to how you feel about music?
"Where words fail, music speaks" - Hans Christian Andersen
Below are songs that relate to Body Confidence. There are 10 songs listed below that I believe will be inspiring and uplifting to you. If you really love them, then play them out-loud or through some earphones, sing along with them too!

One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain.

Music is something that connects us all. If I came up to you right now and asked, "what is your favourite song or artist?". Your answer would be different to the person standing next to you. Even though you may have a different taste of music to someone else, you are still connected by the beat, the sound of the instruments and the voices behind the lyrics. Music is a way for us to express ourselves, it inspires us, puts a smile on our faces and helps us let loose.
Whether you like Jazz, Hip Hop, Rap, Classical, Rock 'n' Roll, Opera etc, your choice in music shows a part of your personality. Music has either had a major impact on you (like it has on me) or it has a
little impact on you. Whatever size impact music has on your its part of you personality and no one besides you can change that about you.
This post was made to show you that even the smallest things, that we don't think much of, show a lot about ourselves. That's how this post relates to style. You may have been thinking, 'this is a fashion & style blog, what is she talking about?'. Well now you know, music and style have a lot in common. They are both ways for us to express our feelings, our personalities and who we are.
Music is something that you can be 100% confident in. Music is something that you can dance around; your room, your kitchen or house in, in your pyjamas or in your craziest outfit. But no matter how you dance or sing along to music, if you really get into the song, your worries will disappear and you will feel so much confidence throughout your entire body. That's my little challenge for everyone reading this post, this week. Play your favourite song and get so into the song that you forget about all your worries and so feel comfortable singing or dancing around. It is truly a wonderful and uplifting thing to do in your spare time, so I recommend it to everyone!
Thanks for reading this post and I hope you enjoyed it! ❤
